First Time Users:
The form below may be used to set up recurring donations, or one time donations.
Concerning the amount, you may choose the pre-set of $25.00, or choose your own amount by selecting the "Other" button.
Above that you'll find the frequency selections of "One-Time," "Monthly Recurring," or "Weekly Recurring."
The fields at the bottom, labeled "Member ID" and "Comments" are not necessary, but feel free to use them, if you have the proper information, or would like to offer a comment, (or concern).Upon completing the form you will receive an email confirmation, and will be able to set up an account to manage your donations if you wish. However, this too is not necessary.
